How to book

Making a booking on a Back-Roads Touring Co. Ltd tour is extremely easy process!

 

Follow these easy steps to make your booking, alternatively call us directly:
 

  1. Find your favourite tour by browsing our site. When you've found the tour you would like to enquire about, whether this be the availability or find out more specific information, click "Email Us Regarding this Tour" so we can contact you directly. Alternatively, you can access the non-obligatory booking form via the 'Book this Tour'  link and we  will be able to book this tour for you directly, don't worry, we will not be asking for your credit card details at this time.
  2. Alternatively, we work with a number of travel agency groups who will be able to assist you with your booking.
  3. Upon confirming availability, we will give you a 7-day option on that tour date.
  4. We then send you a pro-forma invoice and banking details and the booking is deemed confirmed once we have received an initial payment of the non-refundable deposit (please refer to terms and conditions). 
  5. Your final invoice will be sent 60 days prior to departure to request final payment. If booking is made less 60 days prior departure then we will send you the final invoice only and the deposit invoice will not be issued. 
  6. Acknowledgement of payment is sent by e-mail, however, please don't hesitate to contact us or your local travel agent for any  further questions.
  7. We will send your final tour documentation prior to departure with full tour itinerary and arrival details.
